BentonFranklin Chapter had a meeting Thursday 7/10/03 at the Scout Service Center to elect officers;14 attended including 9 youth. Acting Chapter-Chief Stephen Ash was elected Chapter-Chief, Alex Merk was elected Chapter-Vice-Chief for Franklin County, David Bryce was elected Chapter-Vice-Chief for East Kennewick, Chris Hoxie accepted appointment to Chapter-Vice-Chief for West Kennewick, Lloyd Bouslaugh was elected Chapter-Vice-Chief of Program, and Ben Foust was elected Chapter-Secretary
